Janet Cardiff and Georges Bures Miller’s signature audio works have been produced in London, Berlin, Pittsburgh, and St. Louis. Most recently, her piece Long Black Hair was presented in Central Park by the Public Art Fund. Her gallery installations use narrative languages of Film Noir to create lush and suspenseful sound and video works. Her works have been featured in the 6th International Istanbul Biennale as well as the Venice and San Paolo Biennales. Her recent mid-career survey at PS1 has since travelled to Montreal, Oslo, and Turin.
