The Vera List Center for Art and Politics gathers at The New School alongside the family, friends, and colleagues artist and curator Kathy Goncharov (1952–2025) in celebration of her life and creative legacy. From 1987 to 2000, Goncharov was curator of The New School Art Collection—founded by Vera G. List—where she operated at the intersection of art, education, and critical inquiry, regularly partnering with the VLC on programs and exhibitions.
