Other Islands Book Fair is a space to celebrate the many relationships between independent publishing and cultivating communities. The book fair gathers the work of community builders, local publishers, designers, artists, zine makers, independent bookshops, and publishers on Pratt’s historic Brooklyn campus. Exhibitors share a collective, contemporary awareness, forging paths forward through making, producing, and extending works.

Exhibitors include: Are Not Books & Publications, Aventures LTD, Bungee Space, Center for Urban Pedagogy (CUP), Columbia Books on Architecture and the City, Edition Patrick Frey, Gong Press, 8 Ball Community, Endless Editions, Harpy House Press, KGP Monolith, La Revista – Chilean Creatures Magazine, Leisure Labor, Pratt’s Graduate Communications Design Department, Head Hi, J&L; Books, Max Pepper, Open Projects Press, Pioneer Works, Raw Meat Collective, Space Type Co, 10×10 Photobooks, TXT Books, Ugly Duckling Presse, Vera List Center, Water With Water, Wendy’s Subway, and Minutiae.
