Jane Lombard Fellow Underground Resistance presents Nomadico in collaboration with Weeksville Heritage Center for a live DJ performance. An accompanying public program brings together UR’s Cornelius Harris, Nomadico, educator Daniel Zarazua, and multidisciplinary artist Shyboi (Yulan Grant) for an intergenerational conversation that contextualizes the world-building and political project that is Underground Resistance, a techno music collective and label in Detroit.

5:30–7 pm, Underground Resistance and Friends: A Conversation
7–8 pm, reception & visit of historical Hunterfly Road Houses

Capacity for the conversation is limited to 50 people: first-come, first-served.

In order to attend, you will need to show proof of vaccination: the physical card, a photo of the card, or an approved app. We recommend using Excelsior Pass or NYC Covid Safe and encourage you to download either of these apps to your phone and record your vaccination, in advance of arriving.

8–10 pm, DJ set: UR presents Nomadico

The presentation is planned to take place outdoors.
